It's not a scam episode!I've heard that they had a very short budget so they done it very poorly.but such a nice story was in the manga!Ruined!It was a better episode if they've took out that rook in the head...that head in the mountains!(Pain has adamantium head~!).but i like it very much because it like a looneytunes and its funny!

About the anime 167 I loved manga of this as the quality so to say it seems like they produced it in a hurry.
